Best Halogen Headlight Bulb Replacements?

Has Anybody replaced there stock halogen bulbs for a whiter/slightly bluer appearance? Trying to match my grille lighting witch is white almost blue LED. Thanks, any suggestions are appreciated, no HID comments please, I learned they are unsafe to have in the Halogen housing.

No pics, but I ran these in every halogen car I've owned. They are more white than blue though.

IMHO best Silverstars best mod for the money without going to HIDs
Did this on my truck and the difference was really good and worth the price of admission
At the time there was no LED options, so not sure if there is one now that would work instead.

As far as I know these are both plug and play and the best 2 options for Halo Replacements :

http://www.carid.com/putco/halogen-b...Fehj7AodfAEAyw

http://www.amazon.com/SYLVANIA-Silve.../dp/B005KDO9UY

LED seems to be a option as well but i know nothing about led headlights, except they are not cheap.

Sorry,
I meant the regular old headlight bulbs.
I just want an upgrade from the gross OEM yellow...
I do not have an RS, and do not want halos.

I might have to get some of these LED bulbs. LED headlight bulbs seem to be fairly new, apparently the technology wasn't advanced enough until now to make them bright enough.

It looks like the Flash Tech H13s claim to match the 6000K brightness/color of HIDs.

2,000 lumens per bulb also.

I had these on a car recently (not the Camaro) and they're a little brighter, very white. I didn't think they improved visibility much.

Silverstar Ultras

In my 2LS I replaced the stock H11's with Syvania Silverstar Ultras. A 100% improvement over stock bulbs. A very white light.
