Accessory Power Wire
I own a radar detector and a I recently bought a dash camera. I'd like to run a power wire for both units up to my rear view mirror. What's the best way to accomplish this? If you were doing it, how would you do it?

Assuming the dashcam is going somewhere under your rearview,
I'd run the power up the a-pillar from the dash, tap off a fuse in the dash by the driver door. You should be able to then tuck the wire in the headlinder. I put an onstar mirror in my sister's car like that. Until my mom got in the car and ripped the mic down thinking it was some spy device.

I didn't realize there were fuses by the driver door. I've only had the car since Christmas and it's been too cold here to spend time exploring.
