Power reduced on screen?

We were tuning my buddy 2012 camaro with your basic Bolt ons with a superchip hand held and while it was tunning the screen said power reduced and when the tune was done the car felt sluggish for the day but the next day it was up to par and info of what happened? All advice and chimes are greatly appreciated
