New ZL1...Should I do it?
Well I'm pretty sure that I will be trading in my 2014 M6 Convertible Z for a 2015 A6 Hardtop Z. Am I crazy to be trading my stick in for an auto or my Vert for a Hardtop?! I'm like 95% certain, but it just feels like something's holding me back.
Your opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Totally depends what you do with the car. Going drag racing then Yes for certain go ahead. Just a boulevard cruiser then I'd stick with what you have.
FYI, I track mine a lot so I went coupe with 6 spd standard so I can do lots of AutoX and HPDE. An auto would be nice though on those heavy Vancouver traffic days.

I'm more of a drag racer myself. Mostly on the street, but occasionally to the drag strip. I haven't ran my Z at the track because as soon as I make one pass they will kick me off for no roll bar. So thats why I was going with a hardtop auto. I'm just afraid that I'm going to miss grabbing gears and regret the whole thing. I test drove the A6 today and wanted to think about it. I will admit I was impressed with the way it shifted.

You can never go wrong with upgrading to a ZL1...auto or manual.

I have a ZL1 now. I have a M6 convertible now and going to trade it for an A6 hardtop ZL1. I was just trying to decide if I want to give up the stick.
