Thumbs up "Plan B" WW reservoir kit from Roto-Fab

Ok guys, we have the mounting locations out of the way!! We had to make a few changes on the initial prototype as well as wait for a M6 car to verify clearance of the slave cylinder lines. Now we are starting on instructions as well as our first production run of mounting brackets. We will have this version available sometime in November.

As you can probably see, we haven't come up with a name for our new ww res!! So we thought we would ask the C5 community! We want a catchy name the will help differentiate the new ww res from the current one. Maybe along the lines of "hidden, convenient"...?

Here are some sneak peak pics of the latest reservoir as requested!!

Thanks guys!
Jeremiah

It actually is closer to the wipers, meaning you need less hose. Not a bad way to save weight actually.

Perfect size and placement for people that only need a small amount.

How about the Roto-Fab Race weight or the Roto-fab covert ww tank..

What was wrong with the other one that mounted against the air box? I have a supercharger with a CAI intake and I think it works and looks great.

I think the issue is their intercooler reservoir bottle for the ZL1 installs in the same location behind the cold air intake box as their current ww relocation bottle. If you install their dual mode replacement break duct (aka Big Gulp) and intercooler reservoir bottle you are forced to give up the windshield washer function. Moving the ww bottle to another location will give ZL1 owners the ability to retain the windshield washer when they install a Big Gulp and intercooler reservoir.

Hmmm....wonder how that would work with the a GTO clutch reservoir there.

Any way to make the cap have some kind of indication that it's for wiper fluid?

EDIT:
Looks like it would be a no go for me. I like the small size though.

Yup that's it! Pump is still in factory location. Capacity is just under a half gallon.
