Blacked out bowtie
I had Rally Stripes added to my car yesterday and loved them. The guy also blacked out the front and rear emblem as well. I can't decide if I like it or not. I think I like the front better than the rear for some reason.
What do you guys think about the bowtie? mikebaby |

They look great ! I have a pair on order to put on mine. I think the black with the chrome outline sets it off nice without having the amber bowtie sitting there not matching anything. The stripes look good as well.

I'll chime in and say that I don't like it. Granted it's your car and if it pleases you, then by all means. However, I cannot understand the desire to change the color of the Chevrolet emblem or even debadge cars.
But that's the beauty of owning cars that are commonly modified. You get many examples of different combinations and money withstanding, we all would have a little something different than the next person; unless you're one of those cookie cutter kind of people.

My plan is to black out the front Bowtie and do the rear one in body color, thereby leaving only the chrome outline showing front and back.
