Moving to a 6th Gen ZL1

Found a car (I won't say deal) in Delaware which should suit me perfectly. I bought it sight unseen and will have it on Friday. It is a 2017 ZL1 with 10spd auto and performance data recorder/nav. No sunroof or any other frills. It is Mosaic Black Metallic.

Are you trading in the Z/28?

Congrats! Please report back on your track experiences with the LT4 and cooling. I am really considering a ZL1 1LE but am hesitant due to the supercharger. Wish it would have been N/A.

Congrats, report back when you hammer on it. The 10speed matched with the LT4 was a rather life changing event for me the first time.

My thoughts exactly, thus the reason I purchased the Z/28 just now. I actually had the first allocation from a local (large) Camaro dealer and it will be here in (3) weeks. I can go on and on about how the ZL1 1LE isn't the track car that the Z/28 is...

Congrats man, please post your impressions after getting the car. I'd love to hear how it compares to the Z/28!

Congrats! We will have to catchup at VIR! Why the change if you don't mind my asking?

I am changing because I miss the creature comforts and like the dual personality of the ZL1. The Z/28 has but one personality which is raw and racecar like. The extra 150hp will be nice at VIR and with some R comps and track brake pads it should be stout. I'm not 25 so the Z/28 is just too much work to extract every ounce of performance. I will have it at VIR ASAP and give a review.

Congrats - ZL1 will definately be a nicer car to live with on the street! Change is always good - look forward to your comparison!
