2010 2SS w/ RS package

I have installed RED oracle halos in the headlamps and in the fog lamp lens. They are wired so that when the DRL's go off, The headlights and the halos come on.

Here is the issue.... Is there a SIMPLE way to kill power to the halos while I'm driving, so they are not illuminated?
Then once I am stopped, in Neutral, with the e-brake applied, they are illuminated?

Any thoughts.....?
