I just finished installing the MBRP 3" catback on my 2010 SS. Here is the article, along with photos and a video:

Nice exhaust. I went to their website and like the fact they offer a rectangle tip for the GFX. I was thinking borla or magnaflow, but I really like the sound and appearance of this one. Is there any drone? I couldn't detect any in the in cabin video.

Nice sounds good to me! I like the fact that they make square tips to go in the GFX.

This is probably going to be the exhaust I put on mine. I've listened to the ones I thought would sound good and it's either the MBRP or Borla. Sounds great, and nice installation tips!

Are those tips sticking out far enough not to burn the plastic?

No drone that I've experienced. I also installed longtube headers after I did the article yesterday (busy day!) and will get yet another sound clip with headers soon.
Bobby, the tips are bolted on and you can adjust the length to your liking. That is one HUGE benefit of this system, it has enough flexibility that you can spend time and center up the exhaust tips and get them perfect. Some brands weld the tips on, giving you less flexibility to center things up. Wait until you guys hear this thing with the headers installed. Wicked....

I love it. Hard to decide between this and the Tom Henry system.

This is a 3" system... and paired with ARH and HF cats IMO it's better than THR Stainless Works.
