what are these spots on my rims?

so I have these spots on my rims all of them a few on each rim, just had the car for a few weeks what are they? any way to fix?

Metal corrosion , it most likely happen because the protecting coat got damage , and the metal , (aluminum ) got exposed to the contaminants in the water/soap or whatever came in contact with the row aluminum , that's only a cosmetical issue for now
So nothing to be concern about it

Looks like the clearcoat is cracking. If your car is still under bumper to bumper they can replace them under warranty.

thanks for letting me know this man, went to my dealership today and they checked them out and he said it was very common, he said to really watch what you clean your wheels with but this of course was from the previous owner I dont use harsh stuff on my wheels but he wrote it up ordered me brand new ones and he said theyd be here next week! pretty happy! he said theyre 700 bucks a piece came out to like 2800 bucks im like
