2014 ZL1 A/C not working

just got the car about a month ago and the A/C was working fine. Hopped in one day and noticed the A/C wasn't working. I started at the compressor and noticed that the clutch wasn't engaging. Checked for power at the compressor and it doesn't have any voltage, checked the fuse for continuity and it was good. Swapped the relays with a known good relay and still no dice. I downloaded a schematic at that point and re-attacked. Checked for voltage at the A/C fuse under the hood and I don't have any voltage, on the schematic this fuse is labelled as "hot at all times" what provides the voltage to this fuse?

Check the freon level. Does the pressure switch complete the circuit?

"Hot at all times" means that circuit is connected directly to 12 volt source, the battery.

Did you check both sides of the fuse for voltage with the fuse out?

Please post the schematic

I have ran into this problem occasionally on my 14 as well however mine seems like more of a electrical issue or maybe the turn knob itself. i simply turn it off and back on a time or too and it seems to work fine.
good luck
