2010 LS3 Tranny hard to shift under hard acceleration

My 2010 LS3 Transmission is hard to shift under hard acceleration? It has 8k miles on it, as its a babied vehicle in terms of when its driven. everything else is in good condition. No mods, not much grinding at all has been done period on the tranny. So what is it? When I gun it, say like racing, sometimes it keeps me from going into 2nd? I cant remember if it acts up on 3rd but every once in a while, its rather hard to get the shifter into place? And it isn't the skip shift or anything, it feels like mechanical or pressure related
