Exclamation HELP - Won't do above 3,000RPM's & ~30mph!

EDIT: Disconnected battery for 15 minutes, reconnected, problem solved.
Best guess is some sort of ECU limp mode, will leave posted if anybody has this problem in the future

I replaced my starter last night, everything is properly connected, I triple checked all the plugs in that area that I removed and everything is where it should be.

Car fired right up, went to test drive it

Will NOT do more than 3,000 RPM's or above ~30mph, had my foot on the floor and nothing, sounds like I'm doing a 30mph 2-step

Only other things I removed were the passenger side spark plug wires which are back on properly

And I disconnected the battery obviously

No CEL, engine warnings, traction, stabilitrak, no reduced power, nothing like that what so ever. She just won't go!

Car is bolt ons/cam/converter
