I paid less than that for my old 1LT with 19 inch rims, sunroof and connectivity package, only had 9 miles on her too!

I have to say the best part is it doesn't even seem like a classic Craigslist scam. I think this guy really thinks people won't realize what he actually paid for his car and that its no where near worth that

may be the seller wants to play the trick of, "ok Ill drop the price 2k for you", and make the buyer feel like they are getting a deal but still get money out of it.
