I've been wanting to do it. I know you have to change the windshield if you want it to display properly (from what I'm told).

http://www.gen5diy.com/Chevrolet/Camaro/DIY_kits/HUD/ has the full kit for it also.

There are some very good posts here with detailed info. Search the threads and you should get a very good idea of what to expect.

I did it about four months ago on my 14 LS If you take your time double check everything you can do it. Check DIY section that will help you big time. I got mine from GEN5DIY and when I had a problem I emailed Ofer and he would help, couldn't have done it without him. I didn't have any help, had to do it by myself glad I did it though

I haven't changed my windshield and it works fine, but you get a bit of a shadowed imaged. I keep it set at the tach+speedometer seems to look the best with the no HUD windshield. I did the install myself following gen5's guide. The toughest part was getting the dash out and back in by myself, just have to use some muscle and patience. I also installed the ambient light kit while I had the console out, looks great at night.

If you need help let us know, but most if not all the info is in the DIY Thread.
