Was told the only thing missing is some number that dealer has to enter to change the ratio in your cars computer. Most people just use HPtuners or other software to make the change any speed shop that does the install will be able to change you car computer no problem at so your speed odometer and mileage counter work correctly.

How the GM listing reads:

Parts #19329768

This lower (higher numerically) ratio rear drive gear kit will increase effective rear wheel torque multiplication in GEN V Camaros by 13% (over standard 3.45 ratio) in a manual transmission-equipped car, and 20% (over standard 3.27 ratio) in an automatic-equipped car. This gearset is the original equipment ratio found in the 2013 – 2015 1LE Camaro package. Reflash of the Speedometer calibration by your dealer is included with the kit. GM provides a calibration and new certification label.

I was just talking to the service manager at a nearby Chevy dealership last week about this kit. What happened to the number? Should be included in the instruction sheet on a sticker attached to it.

Keep in mind the authorization number for the dealership to do the reflash is what keeps your warranty intact, which is included in the price. Without getting the dealership to do the reflash, your powertrain warranty most likely will be deemed voided if you have an issue, even if you were able to tune it with a popular tuning program.

If a GM dealer performs the work and since it a genuine part it will be under warranty the flash part is only for the speedo to read correct and that odometer will add up the mileage correctly.

Of course all dealers will answer differently so its up to you to ck but, the mechanical part would be under warranty

The dealer this part came from is very good about warranty claims and only thing needed for the kit was the reflash code so they ate the cost on the kit or the warranty company did. leaving a complete kit unused minus the number.

Went over to pick up gears from the speedshop to run shipping quotes for the ones interested and the shop said they wanted them for a customer, they had been there for 2 months just sitting. Sorry for wasting yalls time. I let them know how I felt about that, I think they wanted them for they were cheaper than they could get from local dealer.

Anyway way sorry for the inconvenience..
