Machined & Powder Coated Factory 5-Spokes...Now With Pix

Update: Here are a couple of shots with the wheels now on the car.
Nice.
Also: Post #3 updated with final pricing amounts.

Also back from powder coating: the strut bar.
Silver & clear center and metallic blue & clear ends.
Why blue ? Just wanted some different color under the hood.
Looks good under the hood for 52k miles.

My stock 5-spoke wheels powder coated anthracite metallic, face machined, and powder coated clear.
The results are excellent. This will be my winter set shod with Conti DWS.

Price update, now that I actually paid:
Media prepped and 2 layers of powder coat (anthracite & clear): $600.
Face machined: $300.
Total including tax ~$950.

Thanks, I may do the same to my second set of 5 spoke polished wheels or go the anodize route since it's my track wheels.

I have not paid yet, as I am still waiting on the strut bar.
But I think the per-wheel break down goes like this:
Media Blast & Power Coat 1 = $60
Powder Coat 2 = $40
Face Machine = $75 (I may have gotten an extra good price on this)
Total per wheel = $175
Times 4 wheels = $700
The results look like swanky new wheels.
If those are are going to be your winter wheels what do your GOOD wheels look like

LOL

Those are awesome. I'd love to find a local shop here in Detroit that could do my wheels like that.

I'm trying to find a place near where I live to do this. The place in my city that powder coats couldn't even recommend a machine shop, and didn't know if it should be powder coated or machined first. So I'm hesitant to let them do anything to it.
