What power are you running on standard ls3 internals
As above really I've got an ls3 heartbeat and cam zl1 fuel up grade headers decat and 3inch exhaust running 548rwhp. At 8psi how much more can I run without ruining my engine

The right fuel with or without meth I would say 7-800 easily it's been done plenty of times. Not sure how you feel about it but if you convert to e85 that's the safest and affordable fuel for a boosted car.

Forgot to say I'm in the uk the best pump fuel we have here which I use is 99ron. And not using meth at the minute

The biggest governing factor in the UK will be whoever is tuning it.
Some tuners tend to blow stuff up more often than others....so try and find the ones who arent blowing them up. |

Tune is a major factor but if you want to feel safe and know you have protection I would invest in meth injection. Just make sure if use meth and tune for it that you never run out if you do run out and are in full throttle that could be worse than not having it at all.

With no meth, and that octane I would say ~600 is about as far as you want to go.
With octane/meth you can make 800+ on stock internals.

99 Ron is equal to 94.5 pump here in the US which we don't go that high at the pump unless you get into the E fuels, plenty of cars making 700+ on 93 without meth here in the US, I was safely tuned to 703 rwhp on 91 without any meth and I had a ZL1 pump and FPCM, but with ID1000's back then, really depends on the injector size, tuner as everyone has stated, with ID850's, 99 RON and your current fuel pump setup and a good tuner, 700 rwhp is possible.

Im at 535rwhp / 472tq right now on stock internals, only mods are maggie tvs2300 (stock injectors that came with kit), zl1 fuel pump, ADM fpcm, vmax ported TB and CAI intake on 91 pump gas at 8psi.

Depends on cam, headers etc..., but around 10 or 11, being able to increase the timing with 99 Ron will gain you also, just make sure you have a good tuner, my car is tuned remotely by JRE, there are others out there that are good remote tuners as well if you can't find someone good where you are.

Ron, mine is 680 RWHP on super - unleaded on stock internals . Going to make a cam swap and aim for 725 RWHP. I use alky control system and remote tuned by Ted Jannetty via dyno at Abbey Motorsport, (5 mins from me ). PM me if you want more info.
