Just checking to see...I think wife and I are going to be going out both Fri/Sat night to check things out (dyno nights and dig races) and are considering a trip out to baytown on Sat, but not sure...just seeing if anyone else is gonna be out and about!!

If I have my car back I plan on going...

Mostly to some of the dyno events Fri and Sat. But I'm open to whatever.

Right on! I'll probably start Fri night out at HP, then move on to KP from there...figure will be able to get some fun time in the travel between the two

I think HP is doing a dig night on Sat, so I'll probably try and make it there, as well. SHould be interesting...I know HPs dyno night was insane last year. Hoping it's just as good, or better this year.

What's taking so long for it to be done ? I've seen it on Jrods Instagram like 2-3 months ago and been wanting to see what it puts down . I bet the engine bay is going to look badass with all the ceramic coated stuff !

The holdup this month is my high volume oil pump is pushing too much oil through the turbos so he's going back and forth with Hellion trying to use the right size restrictors. (Don't ever get Precision Turbos...) I have all but run out of patience with the whole process.

Ill be out there in the 7L 72 camaro. Lot of the guys will be doing late night meet ups starting on the monday of that week at the host hotels. The omni , Marriot etc.. Just watch out for hpd, they have been out profiling cars and writing bogus tickets.

Yes - they also run bait cars when the event comes into town...so if you're getting rowdy on the streets, be prepared to pay up...Me? My car's not even quick enough to think about playing with these guys, so I just cruise and watch

Yeah the profiling is getting really bad especially in the 45 south and beltway 8 area. Just avoid stopping at any of those gas station behind the movie theater in that area. LEO will roll up on you and try to provoke a ticket.
