Strap with jack tools
What is the "strap" for thats with the jack tools? Never mind, I found the answer: to hold down the flat tire/wheel in trunk.

I just have an air pump and fix a flat i believe. I called the dealer 2 days after I bought it asking where my spare was and they laughed a little and told me there is no such thing now.
