Congrats! 11.80 is a great run for a stock ZL1. That may make the top 10 for the 1/4 mile. Did you open your exhaust up? Sounds a little louder than mine.

Nope I haven't touched a thing on it. Does that help opening up the exhaust? I put the mic on the license plate so it was between both exhaust

OK, that explains why it was so loud, LOL! The exhaust is dual mode, so it opens up when you're in it.

Post up a time slip at link below and you should be #9 on the stock ZL1 list.

That's awesome! Did you use the paddle shift, or did you just let it run through the gears? What setting did you use after you launched?

I used the paddle shifters during my burnout to really get the tires hot and sticky, I usually shift into 2nd gear during a burnout. But I don't use the paddle shifters during the pass because nothing is smarter then the computer. Had it in sport mode and Competitive Mode 5. Hope this helps!

Are you running the factory F1 tires? If so, how did it feel... a lot of spin, moderate, very little? Overall, how would you rate the traction control system? Sorry for all the questions, I just value the average Joe's experience over the big company reps who test them on television.

I noticed you have a sunroof. Does the helmet hit the headliner? It doesn't look like it does.
What helmet are you using? Im trying to find a low profile helmet so my head can actually move! ![]() Great pass btw!
