infotainment/mylink rebooting issue

At least twice a month, my infotainment/mylink screen will shut off, then start up in within 10 seconds. Almost as if it restarts/reboots. Any one else have this issue? is this normal?

Just a thought but you might want to take it to the dealer. Have them re-flash the firmware - you might have an older version. At any rate, it couldn't hurt.

Soon after I bought my 2014, I took it in for them to re-flash it. Given it is still under warranty and had less than 5,000 miles, they did it for free. Since you are having issues, they might do that for free for you too.

Otherwise, they might want to charge you some $$ for the favour - either way, you would have the latest firmware and if it still re-boots then they can take it from there.

Just a thought.

Yes mine did it too when new. A simple reflash at the dealer took care of everything. Working well now.
