Rear drop only?

Anyone here do a 1" rear drop only? I am tempted to pull the trigger on a 1" BMR rear drop only kit.

How are the effects on handling?

Do you need rear camber bolts to get it back into alignment spec?

Pictures?

This has definitely been done by some. A few have used the ZL1 rear springs to get a 1/2" drop in the rear only. You should have no problem getting the alignment done with the stock parts.

I don't know if anyone has done a 1" BMR rear drop though but it should be doable.

But the ZL1 springs are different than SS/1LE springs linear vs variable or vice versa and do not work well with each other.

Correct, ZL1 has progressive and SS/1LE has linear. It's not ideal for the track I'm sure. Pedders had a rear spring solution. Search around, you'll find details right here on this forum.

Here is a link to some pictures and a pretty informative thread:

I cannot find anybody selling the 220035 kit, only the 220033 is for sale (220033 is a lower drop) otherwise I would go the pedder's route.

The pedders springrate is 433 lb/in while BMR is 460 lb/in
