if i was to go to a chevy dealer in march, would i still b able to have a 2LT built for me the way i want it, or would i b shit out of luck and have 2 try and find a used one?

You should be ok I do not think the cut off for 2011 cars is April or May.

you should still be able to build one. Also you might have better options to by then.
