Hey everyone,
At the moment i own a I am driving a 1995 Camaro with a 3.4L engine pushrod V6 and don't get me wrong i love the look and feel of 1995 model one of the best cars i have ever driven. Now i have seen online and i am looking to add to the collection a red, 5th gen, 2010 Camaro for sale at a great price but i have never driven one so before i do go out to test drive one i want to see what you all think of the Camaro itself! some specs first Specs Year: 2010 Engine: 3.7L V6 Body type: coupe Kilometers: 24,00 Transmission: automatic Fuel: petrol Drive: rear wheel The more and more i look at the beast the more i want it i swear i go to bed thinking about this motor at night! So everyone here being users what can you tell me about your experiences with the 2010 Camaro how does she handle? Whats it like to keep up with maintenance? Also to throw it in their how much would you pay for it yourself given the Specs and is still in excellent condition?? Example image below Thanks Last edited by redcamarored; 08-29-2016 at 12:56 AM. That is a 3.6L, not 3.7 OP. Before people turn this into a V6 vs V8 discussion, I'll chime in. I've owned a 3rd gen IROC Z28, a 4th gen Z28 and 2 5th gens. My first 5th gen was a 12 v6 auto. With a 10 v6, you get a 304 hp 3.6L. You'll definitely feel a big power difference between the 4th gen v6 and 5th gen v6. It's a tremendous difference. In fact, the 5th gen will be a better car in every aspect, expect weight, but coming from a 4th gen, you'll wonder how this hippo can dance so well. If the price is right, buy it and enjoy it, you won't regret it.

As for price, I don't know which Cape Town you're from. In the States, specifically in Michigan, something like that would go for about $17k US dollars in excellent condition. I'm not sure this helps you any though as I don't know how's they're priced in your area.

It has a ss front bumper cover, you sure it's not a v8?

The sample image you posted is a 6.2L V8. Not the 3.6L V6.
So you aren't seeing the car that is being sold, or they are selling an SS at V6 price. It's hard to give an opinion unless you have images of the actual vehicle, including some of the interior. There were 3 versions of the V6 in 2010. |

This is my 3rd Camaro and my first V6. My others were 3rd Gens with the 5.0 engine, one an auto, the other a stick and the V6 in my 2013 would blow the doors off both of my other cars as well as out handle them.
I say that if you can get it at a price comfortable to you, DON'T HESITATE!

Not to hijack, but my grass is ten times nicer than that...greener and more consistent. My house however, can probably fit in that house's foyer.
