Check engine light and stuff....

so im a newb to the Camaro world
but i just bought a 2014 ZL1 a couple weeks ago

when i get on her pretty hard from a rolling take off, like merging onto the freeway sometimes the check engine light will come on and all the stability control shuts down and lights light up,
when that happens i drive it for about 5 more minutes and then they everything seems to clear up

I'm wondering am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the car?

I am assuming it was used? I would check the spark plugs and wires. Possibly the battery and grounds as well.

How does the car ride? Might want to see if you can pull any codes.

2014? Still under warranty? Take it to a good GM dealer. Something is wrong.
