Any one do this lately ? I want to get the cloth taken off and have them painted I saw the one video on here but still looks difficult any help ?

I have the dove tail spoiler on my car now and was considering removing it for the Hi Wing spoiler, issue being drilled holes for my spoiler, and how to plug them ? My car is black and I thought about getting some gloss black fasteners to stick in the holes, with some silicone underneath them to seal it. Then this winter have the holes welded closed and have area fixed and repainted. Any Help ?
