6L80 w/converter FS - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm selling my 6L80 from my 2010 Camaro SS along with the stock converter as well. It has 32K miles on it, shifts just like it should and has had zero issues. Little history on the the car, it was my dad's car prior to me owning it, he drove it maybe once a week and when he did drive it he babied the car like crazy. When he passed away, he left the car to me which was roughly a year and a half ago, and I also drive it about once a week to dinner and the movies with the wife on Saturday nights. Car sits in my garage since I have my Jeep as a daily. Around July of last year I put an AGP TT kit on the car, low boost and made exactly six passes in the car. Three passes one night and then three more about two months later. Not a single problem out of it then or now.

Well as of right now, the car is at the shop, getting ready to swap the trans out so I can turn the boost up reliably without stressing the trans and have some fun with the car. So that's why the trans is for sale. I may also have a brand new from the factory torque converter also if anyone is interested in it separately. The trans is located in NC so if you're local, then you can certainly pick it up to save shipping but I'm not opposed to putting it on a pallet and shrink wrapping it to drop it off at a freight location to ship, it'll just be on you to pay the shipping. Price for the trans is $1800 and then add shipping costs as well if it applies.

As of right now the transmission has been spoken for. Waiting on the deal to be finalized and finished but I will post an update again soon.

The transmission is still for sale. Potential buyer had a few unexpected life events come up which is preventing him from being able to make the purchase. So it's back up for sale, the trans is out of the car and ready to be shipped, I can drop the price down to $1300 OBO plus shipping if you're not local to the NC area.
