Need a power source to install a laser jammer

Hello,

I am planning on installing a Laser jammer but i need to tap into a power source that is off when the car is off. I have already tapped into fuse F17 (non-powered) in the fuse box for my dash cam. Unfortunately, because of the stupid Relays, i can't tap into Fuse 18 since an additional add-a-circuit won't fit. I have also tapped into the power source of the airbag light for my radar detector.

Now, all other fuses in the interior are always hot when the car is off. Where can i find a fuse or alternate supply to tap into for the laser jammer?
