Does anyone have 1 3/4" headers on their LS3 Camaro?

Im looking for a dyno so I can make my final decision on what primaries to order

i know Ted at Jannetty hinted he will do one but this money is burning a hole through my pocket!

Have you read this thread by Jannetty Racing?
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44814

I going with 1 3/4 headers based on my own personal experience. I used both 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 headers on my GTO, and I preferred the way the car performed on the street with 1 3/4 setup.

If I was building a more serious drag car, I would go with the 1 7/8 headers.

I have to agree with SCOS the 1 3/4 will perform better day to day driving and we just made 561 through the stock exhaust with just headers and cats.

ARH is Sending me 1 3/4 headers with cats that will hook to stock exhaust, can't wait to test them, You up for it Jeanius?

Darn, Your in Cali, Oh well Stay tuned.

NO not at all, they are very close in performance, if you already have them keep them but if you know what your ultimate goals are you can make a better educated choice before you buy.

Ted.

My ultimate goal is 12 something at least. I had my heart set on ARH's. Just my luck another member posted a set of ARH's still in the box for sale. When the dust settled I got them for $1400. Couldn't get my wallet out fast enough. Deal completed just waiting for them to arrive. You had me worried for a bit.

Just installed ARH 1-3/4" LTs w/cats on mine on Friday. Also have Roto-Fab CAI and LMR tune. Stock mufflers. Sound is pretty quiet when cruising, but when I hit the gas it sounds angry with the world (like it's consuming all the air in the atmosphere). Fantastic! And much better performance. Granted the day after I installed them I left Houston for Calgary and won't get back until Friday, but first impressions were great. Power off the bottom is excellent.

Exactly what I wanted - the sound of my truck (Dynatech LTs) under load, but relatively quiet when cruising.
