Wheel Color

Was thinking of changing the wheel color on the old girl so I got some plastidip to trial. I was looking to go somewhat of a classic road race look so I stripped all the badging and emblems to clean it up. Going to leave as is for while and see if I "like" it or if it is just a thing at the moment. Long term I am going to have them powder coated.

As a side note the plastidip was pretty easy. I drove the car today and then washed it and I have to say it is pretty durable. I was afraid it was going to get blown off with the water pressure but so far so good.

They were the factory light silver and machined face. I like them but break dust was an issue as it is for every one so I thought I would try something else

I think the only colors to hide brake dust would be brown or rust...
