As far I know, this has been asked before, with no real answer.
I don't think they will, but I would love to know.

Differentl floor pans, but I'm sure you can make them fit if you absolutely want them

Modifying them to mount them to the floor would be the easy part. Dealing with the electronics would be the tricky part. Especially the airbags and passenger weight sensor.

Anything can fit ....but as said dealing with the electronics and crap they would be a chore. And really is it worth it? Imo no. Leave 6 gen stuff on the 6th gen.

Too many other good seat options out there to have to deal with the modifications you'd need to make.....

If you want different color seats just have custom seat covers made. www.leatherseats.com or katzkin and have someone install them.
My new basic black leather seatcovers cost me $750 for the whole car - front seats and back. I know guys in my area charge about $500 to install but they are unreliable to deal with so I will put them in myself. There are lots of how-to videos on line.

They are pretty nice looking.. maybe Gen 5 DIY.. can make an adapter harness to make the electronics work for the seats.. and possibly the airbags..i put some 2012 fj Cruiser seat in my 974runner .. it really wasn't too bad I didn't have any electronics that have to deal with the seats though.
