Cool Best tire for the street

Ok I have mrr228 z28 rims 20 inch now on my car . I’m gettting a set of 17 inch welds 10 inch rear 5 inch front. Question should I go bias ply or DR im keeping the z28 rims. I know I’ll be running around with the new ones because I like the look. I will go to the track and some street racing. I like to know who’s running what and how do they hold up driving around on them. Also my car is over 800 at motor M6 I need to get out of the hole my nitto 05r on 20’s are not cutting it.
