Well respected tuners in the New Jersey area??

Hey guys, I am pretty new to the Camaro 5th Gen aftermarket scene. I was very familiar with the Corvette tuners that were well respected and trusted. Shops like ECS vette doctors and Cartek were shops I knew I could trust with the work and tune.

I am considering picking up a Camaro RS/SS 6 speed within a year if the news of the Z28 turns out to be bs. I would love it if they made a factory Z28 with the LSA engine and would without a doubt pick one up. If this car does not come to fruition I assume I could pick up an SS and add a maggie 2300 blower with some longtube headers and call it a day. Does anyone know of any good shops that work on these cars? Not HPE or LPE. Thanks for any advice provided.

Seems like its just a game of waiting for me at the moment but I like to know what I am going to do : ) I will sit back this year and see what new Camaro news is reported.

Chris

Except for the logistic issues (and cost) of LPE or HPE why you'd exclude them ?

I'm planning a Spring '10 isntall of the LPE V6 Centrifugal Supercharger despite the trip to Decatur.

Yea mainly cost. I am sure both do a great job but I am not really interested in having to ship my car to a tuner when I am sure there are many good shops around the area capable of installing a tuning a magnuson blower. They seem to be the most simple blowers available and I am not looking for huge power. The 2300 blower and some AR headers should get my goal done. Nothing against LPE and HPE they have some awesome stuff.
