Cool Camaro Collectable

A while back Dr. Pepper had a "Win a Camaro Contest". As part of the contest they had Jada toy company build model Camaros for their displays.

These models are HUGE, aprox. 1/6th scale and nearly 30" long. All of the ones I have seen have been silver. They are the show car, with the gas cap on the left fender.

There is currently one for sale on ebay, current bid $50.00. I'm sorry but I'm too "computer stupid" to post a link. It is listed as: "2010 Chevy Camaro display car."

Jada has made this model with R/C internals. But their R/C hardware is very low quality.

I already have one of these cars, and thought another member might like to have one.

Regards..............Art

If it wasn't for those rediculous looking back wheels, I'd grab it. Looks too much like a ghetto sled that way. What's it made out of by the way? Plastic? Die cast?

They are plastic. Although Jada's R/C gear is poor, their plastic quality is very nice. It really looks impressive in person.

Wal=Marts carry these around the holidays, its either Jada, or NewBright. I agree the big Dub style wheels kinda throw the looks off, but you can replace these with wheels from TowerHobbies or RadioShack wheels which look better
