Grinding transmission noise

My car was serviced officially for ''2nd gear popping out into neutral'' at my local chevy dealer. After a absolutely painful process my synchros had been replaced, my flywheel resurfaced a new clutch pack as well as new fluids which had previously never been replaced. I now hear / feel a grinding commotion coming from my tranmission as well as a high pitched ringing noise from the tranny at higher RPMS. My question is not to have any of you diagnose my exact issue but does anyone on here think that this could be caused by a poor flywheel resurface OR and what i like to think did my chevy dealer f*** up my transmission? Any insight is appreciated!
