As someone who bought my 2010 from a dealer in Texas and lives in Colorado there are only 2 differences. First I have a Texas inspection sticker on the inside of the windshield and a Texas dealer license plate frame

Yep, one is sold in Colorado and the other in Texas. Besides that you're all set!

There might be something to different emissions regulation between the states, but as far as I know that is just California.

If you are ordering a new vehicle out of NY State and want to register it in NY it needs to be ordered with the NYS emissions package.

California Vehicles have a YF5 Emission Code.

Vehicles sold in: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, & Washington State have a NE1 Emission Code.

The rest of us only need a FE9 Emission Code vehicle (Federal Requirements).

At one point I was looking for a vehicle out-of -state, but changed my mind when I discovered that the vehicle I was looking at had the NE1 emissions. I do not want extra emission controls on a "muscle car". Although in fairness, they all allegedly have the same power ratings.
