LY6 Stroker Build
I have been reading where the stock ls3 block is the weak link in builds over 1000 hp. I found a ly6 pullout on the cheap and want to build a 402/404 out of it with a hone and 4” crank. Will the ly6 hold up to more abuse than the ls3 block? I am wanting to build it with 10-11:1 cr with 15-20 psi. Anybody taken this route?

I was thinking it would be just like the lq4/lq9 in the gen 3. Block is the old part I will keep. Maybe the covers.
