Vararam UIM at SEMA 2019

Had Vararam on the phone about to pull the trigger on their intake yesterday. They say their UIM will debut at SEMA this year. Reading some old threads, it looks like there is interest (and frustration) on the topic so I thought I would share.

That’s what I bought. They are releasing the manifold itself.

Not sure the advantage if you’re not cutting open the front grill

i have that intake from them. very good intake and simple to mount, i like how they use the water bottle as a wall and mounted that. There is a deflector that you have to reach down and pull out to make room and to get better air flow. but it was doable with no bolts to remove, just the plastic rivets.

I am very curious as to how it has changed over the years. I don't think we are going to see what we saw years ago.

I am convinced they went with a complete redesign or at the very least, a major refinement from the original. I just hope this time they are closer to actual production.

Nothing vararam makes is pretty. They are function over form. I have the drx and it's probably the worst looking intake but one of the best if not the best performer.
