Has it been tuned for the headers yet? Did you take any grounds off? Are the plugs new? Any plug wires loose? Ck for exhaust leaks? All header bolts tight and torqued?

Just a few things that can cause that...

Check for a cracked spark plug. Easy to break one while doing header install.

What ever tune your installing uninstalling your giving little info...…… The tune you install should disable the rear o2s and also clear the code for delayed response reading the fronts, also you have to make sure the o2 wires are very clear of the pipes or they will melt and the plugs did not get cracked or the wires get loose on them......

Most likely problem. Even the slightest tap from the headers against a plug during stall will crack the insulator. It has happened to many of us, which is why it is recommended to remove the plugs before the install.
