Brembo NAO
I’m on the edge of getting the stock oem pads but I’ve come across these brembo NAO ceramic pads for the stock caliper . Are these good alternatives if you don’t have the brembo caliper/break set up usually on the ss or zl1? Price point they are cheaper than the oems. Thought brembo was a step up from oem since Chevy uses them on the higher trims.

They're calling the pads "brembos" to make you think they're better. Actual brembos, as you know, have more swept area on a larger rotor which contributes to the better stopping power they provide.
Any ceramic pad is going to be better than the stock ones IMO. |

Check Rock Auto for Powerstop carbon ceramic pads. They seem to work well.
I have Brembos and am running these pads, I’ve used these pads on several different vehicles. |
