Is everything is the same other than the unit?

Everything else does look the same. Interesting change. There’s a bunch of folks on a pony forum that shall not be named that claim the Vortech is the more efficient unit that generates less heat. I doubt that the ProCharger has a broader power curve, unless you opt for that monster Stage 3 version.

Overkill kits are no longer using Morimoto intercooler, Tial BOVs, or Tracey Lewis catch cans.
