Saw, scraping noise when accelerating

Hearing a saw or scraping noise when accelerating. Its not the whole way im pressing the gas. Happens on cold starts and when the car is warmed up. Also when I let off the gas(cruise) the car squeaks almost sounds like birds chirping until I get to a stop.

Any ideas guys? i will link a video.

2015 V6 AUTO 104k miles

Thanks in advance

I really couldn't hear anything in that clip. But put the car on a lift and check the heat shields up under the car, especially the on in the trans tunnel, they could be lose and rubbing on the drive shaft when it moves.
