Jms boost a pump settings question
Hey guys. A bunch in here are running these boost a pump setups so hoping someone can give some guidance. What settings are you guys using on these? Im using the wire off of the gas pedal, not the boost referenced switch. Thanks for any help

Hey Champ, before I installed mine I talked with a rep from JMS. The unit for the Camaro comes pre-set but there are changes that can be made with the dip switches. I did not touch my set up and I am using the pedal reference wire as well. We checked the unit with a volt meter and we were getting 18 volts once the pedal was activated. Not sure how your build is set up but so far this is working great for me. Keep us posted as to the route you take, interested to see how you configure yours. Best of luck.

You may want to consider using boost settings. Ask your tuner. But my aux pump comes on at 2lbs of boost.

So I spoke with the guys at Jannetty and they said they prefer the pedal harness instead of boost reference as a way to increase voltage. I'm still very unclear on how to set the damn thing up, but they are willing to wait around until I get home from work to help me through that once I get my first tune loaded, which should be very soon. So far the guys at Jannetty have been top notch!

If you are changing the settings on the dials, you need to flip dip switch #1 up, then make the dial changes, then flip #1 back down. (The green light will blink fast when you do that to let you know that the settings have been made)
Also make sure that you have the back and gray wires separated and capped off so they can't touch anything (on your pedal harness by the plug)
