Attention IL residents concerning your front license plate - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

On March 10th 2010 the IL house is voting on front license plate delete for all il cars starting in january 2011 the bill is under Illinois house bill 4888. it states in the bill that IL would save $800,000 dollars a year by getting rid of the front plate. I hope this passes I dont have a front plate now, but at least i wont have the chance to get hasseled over it if this law passes. The only person that i can tell that opposes this is the IL state police head person.

Everyone in Illinois needs to contact their state elected officials and let them know that we support removing the front plate.

i hope they can pass it.that front plate really sucks.there is no need for one.
