VTC and a tune

So I've used google and the search function and having a tough time having this question answered. I have the VTC throttle controller installed currently about to do and LSA install and get a JRE tune. From my understanding the VTC amplifies the electronic signal to give a more linear feel in relation to physical pedal posistion but has no bearing on torque management. Now when I get a tune I know JRE will more than likely remove the annoying torque management but can input voltage be adjusted as well in the tuning software. Also people tend to be arguing about whether the gen 5 Camaros have a TAC setting to mess with. I guess all in all I want to know if I want this liner pedal feel without the risk of my car going into limp mode can I have the VTC and the JRE tune or can just a tune alone solve all my problems and I can send this VTC to a good home.

I recommend removal with my custom tuning.

Ted.

I can vouch for the over sensitive gas pedal with the jre tune and vtr controller. If u don't want to remove it or can't because it's pita to get to, then set it on zero for daily driving and use solely for track or spirited driving. That's what I did, seems to be working fine that way.

I recently got a dyno tune and the tuner set the VTC to 0. Already had a PTB & 3:91 rear. Pedal response was good but I wanted to see if the VTC would have any affect without causing any problem with the tune settings, so I set it to 3 and BAM I could immediately feel the pedal sensitivity difference. Prior to the tune I had it on 5. I'm going to leave on 3 as I feel the sensitivity is equal to 5 but the RPM and torque responsiveness is quicker now that it's tuned.
