Vibrations on clutch pedal -V6 - 6spd

Hi Forum,

I have a 2012 Camaro LS with the V6 and 6sp manual transmission. The car has 75,000 miles on it and just recently I have noticed a slight vibration as I release the clutch. It seems to be worse the first 5-10 mins prior to warm up. After warm up the vibration issue goes away. I don't hear any strange noises, car shifts fine, no slippage of the clutch. Has anyone else experienced this? I know its a hydraulic clutch, could it be a fluid issue? If this was mechanical clutch the first thing I would suspect is a throw-out bearing going out but I don't hear any noise like a bad bearing. I know this is the original clutch.

Thanks.
