Exclamation 2010 Camaro SS intermittent clicking at low speed

Hey everyone, hope some guru here could help me identify what is going on with my baby (2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS 6.2L V8 (Automatic Transmission) - No Mods)

Here is the link to the video showing the issue : https://youtu.be/gwG9ek7z9G4

Basically the issue started after dealer's repair job replacing my fuel pump due to broken seal which caused fuel leak and smell.

After collecting my car from the dealer and driving back home I started hearing this clicking noise.

I called the dealer right away asking them if anything was missed while fixing back the fuel tank, and their answer was no but they requested me to return the car on the next day for inspection (which I did and I left the car again with them). It took them a long time to get back to me as they were overloaded and are short on technicians.

Here are what was concluded by them:
  • They denied that this was due to the fuel pump repair job done by them as they hadn't touched the part where the noise was coming from. (not sure if something went wrong when they did a test run after the repair but they wont admit it that I am sure of)
  • The noise was coming from the automatic transmission box.
  • They cannot open the gearbox because they don't have someone who knows how to do so.
  • Even if they could open the gearbox for inspection, they cannot guarantee that they can fix it back due to discontinued parts (e.g. broken seals) and I would have to sign and approve on this if I decided to go ahead with this option if the car wont be functional after this.
  • Ofcourse, replacing the automatic transmission was their suggested option which is not available at our region (Middle East) and it has to be ordered from the US (if available) at around >$10k and I have to pay some advance. The repair job will cost more than what the car is worth in the current market.
  • Transmission oil sample was taken to see if there are any metal shards but none were there;however, the oil was too dark.
  • The car can be driven normally with the presence of this noise.
I had taken my car back and still looking for a trusted place to do a proper check up but I am still searching..

Here are things I thought of and done (keep in mind that I have basic knowledge in this field) :

I've done some research online for anything similar and the closest was the inner cv being damaged which could cause this. (I asked the dealer to check and they were sure it wasn't coming from the inner cv)
  • I feel that something went wrong with the repair and they wont admit it as this noise only came after the fuel pump repair job.
  • I asked my friends and some suggested to do a transmission flush which the dealer suggested not to as this might cause the transmission gears to get stuck and fail? I don't know.
  • Still looking around for a place where they know what they are doing.

Here are my observations on the issue :
  • This only happens when slowly accelerating/decelerating within the speed range 25-30 kmh (15-18 mph)
  • This doesn't happen if accelerating fast or applying hard brakes.
  • The clicking could also be felt on the brake pedal if I just softly touch the pedal with my foot without applying brakes. (feels like something poking the pedal back up). And if I hit the brake while the clicking is happening, it feels like I prevented something from locking onto something
  • There is a slight jittering which occurs randomly when slowing down (at low speed), the dealer said it might be the torque converter which might need replacement. (Not sure if this has to do with the noise but jittering was there before the clicking issue and the dealer couldn't identify what exactly caused it)

Sorry if my explanation was too detailed, but thought it could easily help the experts here identify what might be the cause.

I hope I covered most of the key points and I will edit the post incase I remember something that I have missed.

Thanks!2.12.0.0
