Monster S triple disc clutch

Afternoon all,
I just installed a triple disc into the car. I got it all back together and took it for a little spin around the neighborhood. Everything seems fine and I have not heard any strange noises while driving it. But one thing I notice is the clutch pedal feels like it does not have any pressure on it. The clutch engages within a inch when letting it out. I have never driven anything with more than a stock clutch so I’m driving myself crazy here thinking something is wrong. The pedal does come all the way up once you let off. I expected for the clutch to be different but not sure it should be that different. Thoughts?
Thanks

The first obvious questions are is it bled properly and did you measure for the correct shim?

Triple disk will not take as much pedal effort and a new clutch will engage sooner. I have a Mantic and the pedal effort is like stock.

I went ahead and rebleed the system and that must of been it. The pedal got better after.
Thanks
