Monster S triple disc clutch
Afternoon all,
I just installed a triple disc into the car. I got it all back together and took it for a little spin around the neighborhood. Everything seems fine and I have not heard any strange noises while driving it. But one thing I notice is the clutch pedal feels like it does not have any pressure on it. The clutch engages within a inch when letting it out. I have never driven anything with more than a stock clutch so I’m driving myself crazy here thinking something is wrong. The pedal does come all the way up once you let off. I expected for the clutch to be different but not sure it should be that different. Thoughts? Thanks |

The first obvious questions are is it bled properly and did you measure for the correct shim?

Triple disk will not take as much pedal effort and a new clutch will engage sooner. I have a Mantic and the pedal effort is like stock.
