Engine swap
I have a 2011 synergy green LS,so has a v6 in it,I have a opportunity to buy a 6.2 LS3, out of a 2010-2011 SS,so I’m sure this has been done a lot,or not,what’s the issues with this swap.

apparently the electronics do alot of talking back and forth.there are a few threads on swaps hidden here somewhere and from what ive read its a huge hassle to get everything working right.id think long and hard before attempting this swap,its not a weekend deal.

I just recently put a remanufactured engine in my Rs ' it's wasn't cheap,i did save some money on the core, because my original engine was in good condition.

Marlon1LS did a V8 swap in his 2012 LS. Not sure of the outcome but might want to get in contact with him.
